Entry Level Homes

One of the goals at Cobblestone is to bring quality homes at affordable prices to the people of Manitoba. Our Entry Level Developments accomplish this ambition. In 2005, we started our first Entry Level Development in Niverville and quickly sold over 90 homes in 5 years. We are excited to be starting our latest Entry Level Development in Fairfield Ridge located in New Bothwell. There will be a total of 47 entry level homes available in 3 phases. These homes range in size from 1152 square feet to 1568 square feet and feature a welcoming open floor concept. Home owners will be able to choose from a variety of colour and style options for exterior, flooring, cabinetry, counters and paint.
